Announcements:

• You should have received the new Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, and Policies.  These Rules are meant to supplement our CC&Rs.  Please review them, and if you have any questions, contact Premier.  Any homeowner can report a violation to management.

• Under the tab "Forms and Documents" above, is a link to specs for a suggested, approved, trash bin enclosure.  If you choose not to store your bins in your backyard patio area, the bins must be enclosed outside your fence in this, or a similar, enclosure, out of public view.  Before construction, the enclosure must be approved by the Board of Directors through an ACC request.

• If you have an emergency (plumbing, electrical, etc.), please call Premier Properties at 707-544-2005 or 707-456-6049 (after hours). 

• Vehicles that do not have current registration are subject to towing. Please communicate any delay with the DMV to Management directly.   Also, vehicles parked in uncovered spaces for more than 7 days are subject to towing.

• If your porch light (not your house number light) goes out, here is the bulb to purchase:  60-Watt Equivalent A19 GU24 Dimmable CEC Title 20 Compliant LED ENERGY STAR 90 Plus CRI Light Bulb, Bright White.  It has a unique base, but can be purchased at any  hardware store.

• To prevent fire, it is important for residences with in-home washers and dryers to regularly check, maintain, and clean-out their dryer exhaust lines to prevent dryer lint build-up.
