Next Board of Directors meeting is Monday, May 12, 2025, 7:00 PM at the Community Center
Homeowners in Phase 2 of the painting project should have received, via certified mail, a packet containing information about lead paint protocols. If you did not receive it, or have any other questions, please contact Tim Ancira at tim@thinkCalPro.com
Please remove holiday decorations in a timely manner. If you have lights encircling your trees, please remove them, as our arborist has said that these lights can "suffocate" the trees and affect their health.
If you have an emergency (plumbing, electrical, etc.), please call Premier Properties at 707-544-2005 or 707-456-6049 (after hours).
Please do not put items (chairs, tables, planters, etc.) in the common area. This includes the cement dumpster enclosure on Lanham Drive. This is a violation of the CC&Rs and can be a health and tripping hazard.
Vehicles that do not have current registration are subject to towing. Please communicate any delay with the DMV to Management directly. Also, vehicles parked in uncovered spaces for more than 7 days are subject to towing.
If your porch light (not your house number light) goes out, here is the bulb to purchase: 60-Watt Equivalent A19 GU24 Dimmable CEC Title 20 Compliant LED ENERGY STAR 90 Plus CRI Light Bulb, Bright White. It has a unique base, but can be purchased at any hardware store.
To prevent fire, it is important for residences with in-home washers and dryers to regularly check, maintain, and clean-out their dryer exhaust lines to prevent dryer lint build-up.
General:
Phase 2 of the dry rot repair/painting project will begin soon. Units in Phase 2 are: all of Livingston, all of Lovejoy, and 217-237 Martin. The Community Center, Lovejoy laundry room, 84 Martin, and the shed at 86 Martin are also part of Phase 2. All sheds will be painted
Homeowners in Phase 2 should begin preparing their units for repair and painting.
All eligible shed roofs have been replaced.
All unit crawl spaces have been inspected. The Board is following up on the vendor's recommendations. Please let Premier know if your crawl space door does not close properly, as rodents can enter through the tiniest of holes!
Conserving water doesn’t mean you have to change your entire lifestyle.
By being mindful of what you do around the house, you can save both water and money.
The first step towards conserving water is to assess the efficiency of your water usage by taking a free Water Smart Home Survey and learning about money-saving rebates for high-efficiency fixtures and household appliances.
And remember, all of us are affected by excessive water use. Your conservation helps us all!
